Natalie is a member of the Resistance movement against Nanta Corp. In military terms, she could be considered a "scout" of sorts, being an expert in slipping through the secure perimeters so carefully guarded by Nanta Corp's Civil Faction militia. Though she received combat training, she is not a soldier and prefers to avoid confrontation whenever possible. She is semi-retired from Resistance initiatives due to the loss of her long-time boyfriend Brock who vanished after a failed operation against Nanta Corp and is presumed dead. A search by the Civil Faction for a top secret target brings Natalie back into action. |

"Red" got her nickname from her perpetually dyed, bright red hair. She is an active member of the Resistance, working on two fronts as an assault troop as well as a covert "movement" operative, helping city residents who want to escape their captivity and travel to the Resistance Underground where they can be free of Nanta Corp oppression. She is a compassionate do-gooder who really loves helping liberate those who seek to escape the trappings of Nanta Corp, as well as a fierce soldier. She is also an outspoken lesbian and a chain smoker with a "pack a day" habit. |

John has been a member of the Resistance since its inception. Decades ago, after his incredible heroics at the now infamous Battle of New Zenith (in which he lost an eye), he became a trusted leader and the Resistance began to look to him for direction. He was instrumental in creating the Underground, a civil movement that encourages rebellion from the oppressed citizens living in Nanta Corp cities. He forged passageways and routes through city infrastructure, and established an impressive network of freedom fighters across the United States, capable of operating on their own to fight against Nanta Corp. Nanta Corp considers John a high level threat and is an active target, which is why he remains sheltered in bunkers and safehouses throughout the Underground, orchestrating missions from a secret base of operations that is constantly changing. |

Dr. Ptrosky is one of the brightest Intelligence Agents that Nanta Corp has in their employ. She is a brilliant biochemist who uses her own lab-created serums and poisons to extract information from captured Resistance members. Her techniques, though unorthodox, have proven very effective and are encouraged by Nanta Corp. These methods often involve elements of a sexual nature; a product of her secondary studies in human physiology and sexual response. To Dr. Ptrosky, the sexual methods she uses are genius and she gets more pleasure out of seeing positive results than the actual physical contact. A married woman, her husband knows very little of what she actually does at work and the extent of her infidelity. |

Finn is a very effective Resistance assault and covert op troop. He doesn't belong to a specific unit of the Resistance, preferring to move between different cities helping out wherever he can. His chosen way of helping the Resistance is in part due to his "loner" nature. He has a sarcastic sense of humor and is rather pessimistic, though he tries to keep the latter to himself. The few who are closest to him know what his real motivation is: to find his younger sister. Before enlisting with the Resistance, his family (in opposition to Nanta Corp and their residency laws) decided to practice civil disobedience in order to make a statement. This action got his parents killed, and his younger sister taken prisoner by Nanta Corp. To this day he hasn't given up hope of finding her. |

Casey is a covert Resistance Operative, working out of a very secret safehouse in Nata Corporation's Residential District 13. A tech expert, she lives in solitary squalor, providing intel to the Resistance captured through very high tech gadgetry the Resistance has entrusted to her care. She has very little combat training, and is actually quite frightened by the notion of combat, but yet she still does her part for the Resistance keeping the other districts informed of Civil Faction activity. Casey is quite lonely living this sedentary lifestyle, and immediately takes to Finn when he accidentally crashes her safehouse. |
